About us

There are three of us – those who have planned, created and are developing this site.
And there are thousands of those, who believe in training with own weight (or minimum amount of inventory). Those, who are tired of fitness centers rush and who made their selection: train at home. Those who don’t want to spend their time and money on exercise equipment, which doesn’t give result. Those who are sure, that 20 minutes of right basic exercises can make man heathier, stronger and more resilient, than months of mindless trainings with new-fashioned programs from magazines.
We do train, and call to others to do it. The point of the site – to teach you how to perform home exercises right, provide information, that is necessary for getting maximum feedback at minimum time.
Here you will not find steroid monsters and silicone bodybuilder girls from internet or magazines. All the photos are made by ourselves (to prove they are “real”), all the exercise are checked on us.
Do not look slimming in 3 days or abs one week complexes programs on this site. We know, that this is impossible – we don’t want to trick you. But we promise: doing exercises, described here, men will become stronger, women – more graceful, without losing health and spending all the free time in gyms.
Just getting started? We will offer you programs for beginners with different difficulty levels.
You are an advanced athlete, who wants to differ his trainings, or just recovering from injury? In every exercise on this site we mark “pro” level, which will grant your muscles and tendons required load.
You’re above 40, and you think the sport is no more for you? Forget it! Training at home, you will regain strength and flexibility of youth, recover health, ensure in productive longevity.
You work in office 10 hours a day without breaks and day-offs? Change your job! (it is not a joke). And our exercises will help you to keep health, so that in years you won’t have to spend all the money you got on cure.
You sit at home with kids? You of all people can become a home training fan. 20 minutes a day will set you free from depression and chronic tiredness, better than any medicines.
Your training will not depend on money, weather or job mode. Efficiency without excessive funds – it is possible, and our site is about this.
We understand very well, that an effective training program is impossible without regular efforts, as well as good site needs regular updates. That’s why we’ve got great plans: writing new articles and creating new categories, intensification the posted information and posting new one, creating free electronic books written by site materials. After all, own weight exercises have thousands years, they were practiced by people of different nations, on different continents. We will gather and gradually post this “physical” wisdom of humankind. So, if you haven’t find the required information on the site – eventually visit us in some time. Or propose the topic by yourself through “Contacts” – and we undertake to start working on another article in shortest terms.
And as the conclusion, the main thing: if you got to this site, if you have found the necessary information – start training. Don’t wait for free time – it won’t appear. Forget the favourable conditions – it won’t be those. Make a decision, postpone everything and make a plan of your physical self-improvement right now (you can even close this page – we will not be offended).
